Typographical and Image Errors 

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or incorrect product's specification, Lambmark.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or incorrect product's specification.

Delivery Schedule 

Lambmark.com publishes delivery dates on a best effort basis. By ordering from Lambmark.com, you accept that deliveries can be delayed for several reasons including but not restricted to holidays in Hong Kong and overseas locations, shipping delays, customs clearance, products damaged in transit and other logistics issues.

Lambmark.com shall not be liable for, any damages or claims related to delayed shipments. If you must have a product by a certain date, you are required to confirm the date, the quantity required and the delivery location with Lambmark.com before you place an order with us.

Delivery Address

By completing your order on Lambmark.com, you certify that you have verified your delivery address as being accurate. You additionally confirm that an authorized person will be available at that address on the estimated delivery date to accept and sign for the package.

Order Confirmation and Verification 

By completing an order on Lambmark.com, you verify that the order is final and accurate, including products, their quantities and shipping address. Due to automated processes with vendors and third parties, Lambmark.com cannot change products and quantities in an order, once it has been placed.

Return Policy 

Products stocked in our Hong Kong warehouse , can be exchanged within 7-days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact and no wear or damage.

Customers will not be credited for the shipping costs associated with the original order.

All returns require authorization. Email us at admin@lambmark.com before returning any products.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please use a traceable courier when returning products. At least a recorded post with tracking number. Products lost in transit will not be refunded.

Lambmark Limited does reserve the right to refuse returns at its discretion, for some special ordered items.

We strongly recommend that you send us an email on admin@lambmark.com with any product questions you may have before placing an order.

Damaged Products 

All products are inspected before shipment. Should a product arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced. Please, return the products to us in their original shipping package to allow us to investigate the damage and follow-up with our Courier service.

Order Notes and Special Instructions

While customers can provide Lambmark.com special instructions via customer notes in an order, Lambmark.com cannot be bound to these instructions. Lambmark.com and the customer agree these instructions will be followed, on a best effort basis, unless confirmed specifically by Lambmark.com, before the order has been placed.

Specifically, instructions requesting a phone call by the courier service, order splitting or faster delivery schedule cannot be complied with.
